My Problem

For the past few days it’s been one hell of a time I would say. Too many problems, too few (re)solutions; too many confusions, too little clarity; too many new acquaintances, too little closeness; too many (fair) expectations and too little results; and the list is endless. Like any other human being I started thinking about “I” and thought, the only person who has endless problems in life is ‘ME’. Situation was so bad and it was forcing me to look up my name in Google just to find out whether Google would show me as ‘the’ person in this world to suffer the most. But to my surprise, my expectations shattered (again) and I was disappointed not to find my name topping the list or even in the last page of Google search index.
Confused, I limited my search to top 100 problems in the world (thinking again there is some issue with Google web site due to organization change in there as well). Disappointment again!!! Limited my search again to top 5 and found the following actually.
1)      Individual Abuse of Humans by Humans - Abuse and bullyism are rampant all over the world. It not only damages the body, but also the minds, emotions, and spirits of targets of abuse. Surprisingly there are many activists organization who take the lead to stop all over the world to protect millions of people who are going through this ‘daily’ if not every hour.
2)      Obesity – Found this in the list was really funny!  But some of the interesting statistics internet had about this was shocking. Per statistics reported, 7 countries are already having their 1/5th of population with obesity issues with US topping the list. Even more shocking is that we have allowed 1 in 3 kids to become overweight on an average.
3)      Unjust wars – everybody knows the story of North / South Korea conflicts, IRAQ war, Kargil War, Vietnamese war... But never thought the trend will continue at all levels... popular internet search records about $900 billion of US taxpayer’s fund spent or approved for spending through November 2010. Just in December 2010, 33 casualties were there in the Afghanistan war and needless to say the impact of Kargil war and there are so many debates going on in internet space to find out who are the real losers? And we still see lot of brave soldiers who religiously wear their uniforms to leave their lives only because others could live.... who are awake in the night only because others could sleep.....
4)      Terrorism – couldn’t find any news, web sites that don’t write about terrorism; and its shocking to find that few nations are on Yellow Alert status ‘forever’ and the defence ministers of these nations are always confused whom to safeguard first? Themselves? Their President? Their family? Their Nation? It is so much confusing to understand what will be their position. What is more astonishing is, even in this age of such an advanced maturity level, culture growth and increased human right organization Terrorism continues to be a threat from President to poorest... sigh!!!!!
5)      Pollution – Internet says, the top 10 pollution problems, in alphabetical order, are: artisanal gold mining; contaminated surface water; contaminated groundwater; indoor air pollution; metals smelting and processing; industrial mining; radioactive waste and uranium mining; untreated sewage; urban air quality; and used lead–acid battery recycling. These things are known all over the world and the sad part is neither people can come out of it (because if they come out they won’t have food / money to lead their life) and there are no alternates identified which can do both - save them and give them a better living!
I don’t know how many litres of water I was drinking when I compiled all the above but when I started searching again for more problems – I heard / felt that the Google was telling me – You are and can never top this list.. Now move your ass and enjoy the present life.. Rightly said – yesterday was history; tomorrow is mystery; today is a gift and make the most of it. Also realized the best possible way to go about is forget my problem; listen to somebody who says theirs is the biggest problem and share this findings / views with them...

New Comer

Well, the million dollar question - what to write ? Was I ever crazy about starting a blog ? Am I a internet savvy person? My mind voice was warning me not to lie to these kind of questions and be honest about the views - well thats always been a problem.. guess not only with me but to everybody. whether to disclose or say or write what our mind voice tells about us or wants us to write.. why are we always posing as somebody else and not our ownselves. Well the only reason that I could think was we never are able to accept the 'true' self ?

Well, if you call that a confusion, I guess I am successful in my attempt... if you call that a confession, I guess I am still successful in my attempt... something which a blog can give me the power to write what I want to, without knowing who are reading this and to be more clear: whom I am confusing or to whom I am confessing...

Happy Blogging !!!!!!
